If you are having problems logging in to your account there may be several reasons for this.


Incorrect password
Often, the incorrect password is entered. Remember that passwords are case sensitive and therefore differentiate between lower and upper case letters. This also applies in connection with the use of figures/special characters.

Incorrect username
Username (account name) is your WeekOnline email address and must always be given as such. Therefore, it is not sufficient to just enter part of an account name and then omit @weekonline.com

The trial period has expired
If your trial period has expired, your mail account will be disabled unless you upgrade it. You can log on to the right and upgrade your email account 90 days after the expiry of the probationary period or the last upgrade.

The account has been deleted
If a user has deleted his/her account then, of course, it cannot be accessed any longer.

Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password you can have it sent to your secondary email address if you have added this to your account information:
